I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, I read the letter and set it aside back in April and ran across it recently. You do have the correct family and information. Melanie died of a heart attack just outside the food building at the Mn state fair in September, 1999. The heart attack was due to a disease she had called Lupus, which attacks vital organs. She was a stay at home mom, married to Terry and they had 3 kids. The first child, Tyler, was born premature and was in the hospital for 6 months. He was given the green light to go home and died shortly thereafter of Sids. Melanie contracted Lupus when she was pregnant with Tyler. The disease would not allow her to birth any more children. They adopted a very young boy Nick and a couple years later adopted a very young girl Angie (both kids were from the same mother). Melanie and her family lived in St Francis, MN and was very involved in a local church there. If possible, could a photo be taken of the class memorial and sent to me. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

We will be sending Marty a copy of our memorial video.
